By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. I am not responsible if you fail to read them. Questions? Feel free to contact me ♡

  • This is a paid service for digital goods. No physical products are shipped.
  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
  • Commissions are for personal use only - no commercial use without prior agreement.
  • Do not use commissions for NFTs, cryptocurrency or blockchain-related purposes.

  • Commissions accepted via VGen, Ko-fi or email.
  • Include all details, payment option and references in your first message.
  • Commissions are done in batches - sketching begins after full payment.
  • Do not pay until I confirm your commission.
  • Up to 3 free revisions during sketch phase.
  • Extra changes after that carry an added fee.
  • No free revisions once the commission is completed.
  • Sketches are not provided for doodle commissions.
  • All prices are in EUR. Payment via VGen, Ko-fi or PayPal invoice.
  • Full payment upfront required (50% initial can be arranged).
  • No refund once work has started.
  • If you cancel before I start and paid in full, you receive a 90% refund (PayPal fee deducted).
  • Do not request a PayPal chargeback - I will transfer the refund myself.
  • If I cannot finish due to circumstances on my end, you receive a full refund.

Rush orders place you at the top of the queue. There is an additional 50% charge on the total order price. If you need it by a very specific date, feel free to reach out and we can discuss deadlines and rates.

  • Your personal data (name, email, references) is used only to manage your commission and is never shared with third parties.
  • Invoices available upon request.
  • I retain all rights to the artwork. You own your character, not the piece itself.
  • Please credit me when posting (@yuesmagic on X / IG).
  • You may print for personal use - let me know for large-scale prints.
  • Do not reproduce commercially, claim as your own, remove my signature, or edit without consent.
  • All artwork is hand-drawn by me, no AI-generated content is used in any part of the process.
  • By commissioning, you agree these terms form part of our commercial agreement; disputed payments do not automatically cancel the licence, they will be reviewed case by case.
Requesting a PayPal chargeback without authorization or breaking these terms results in immediate blacklist and full loss of usage rights.

The expected turnaround time is up to 2 months depending on queue and complexity. If you need it by a specific date, please let me know in advance and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

For commission inquiries or urgent matters, please contact me via email or through Ko-fi/VGen - that's the fastest way to reach me.
The best way is through Ko-fi, VGen or email. Please avoid using X/Twitter DMs for commission inquiries as messages can get lost. Include all details, references and payment option in your first message!
VGen charges a platform service fee plus a Stripe payment processing fee, which means the final price is slightly higher than ordering directly via Ko-fi or email.
