Q: What are rush orders?A: Rush orders bump your order up to the top of the queue. This means that you do not have to wait for your turn in the waitlist and are put on priority.
There is an additional 50% total order charge but is completed within 1-2 weeks.
If needed much earlier, deadline and rates can be discussed.────────Q: How long will my commission take?A: The expected turnaround time is up to 2 months. If you need it by a specific date, please let me know in advance. Otherwise, I will proceed according to the queue.────────Q: Can I request you to draw my pet for free?A: I am currently not taking any free illustration requests at the moment but you could commission me instead~────────Q: I'd like to commission a piece. A: Even if proper credit is given, I do not permit reposts—especially without my explicit consent. This article explains why reposting is harmful.

General Terms
By commissioning me, you are agreeing with the terms of service (T.O.S) below.
The commissioner is to acknowledge this is a paid service for a digital product or goods. No physical products are shipped.
I have the right to decline any commission requests if I feel I am unable to fulfil your requests.
Commissions are for personal use only. You are not authorized to use the content produced by the artist for commercial use that includes to sell, redistribute license, or gain profits from the commission (unless we have an agreement or paying a royalty’s fee).
The artist receives rights to claim 100% of any unauthorized profits made off from the artwork use.
Do not use the commission as any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space purposes.

Workflow
I accept commissions through Vgen, Ko-Fi and e-mail.
Please include all of the details, payment option and reference photos you would like to have for your commission in your initial message! I will only send an message back if I have confirmed the commission.
Commissions are done in batches. I will only start sketching after being sent full payment of your commission.
Do not pay for the reservation fee if I have not confirmed your commission. Please wait for my response. I will send an invoice over paypal.
The estimated commission time will vary depending on the complexity of it.
Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
All transactions will be made via Vgen, Ko-fi or PayPal with an invoice.
Prices are all in EUR.
Commissions must be paid 100% upfront, however an initial payment of 50% can be agreed upon.
Prices are subject to change based on demand.
Full/partial refunds are not applicable if ever the client is unsatisfied with the finished piece. I always ask the client if they would like to have anything revised during the sketching phase. The client should settle all revisions by then.
If the client hasn't sent over the full/partial payment after a week of correspondence, they or I have the right to cancel the commission.
If the client would like to cancel the commission if I have not started yet and if they paid the full amount already you will not get 100% refund, but only a 90% Refund because Paypal takes fee. So, Please think carefully before commissioning.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
Payment cannot be refunded if the commission process has started.
If I can't seem to finish the commissioned piece due to things happening on my end, I'll refund the client in full.
Rush Orders
Want to skip the queue, or need a commission by a certain date?◌ A rush commission will place you at the top of the queue.◌ If you need a commission by a certain date, please tell me and we can discuss pricing.
Copyright / Usage
I claim all the rights of the commissioned artwork, not the buyer.
If you post/use the commission anywhere, please credit me by tagging me. (Twitter: @yuesmagic / IG:@yuesmagic).
The buyer is allowed to:
Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
Claim the rights to their character/s in the piece, not the piece itself.
Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself. However, if the client intends to print the piece out on large scale items (blankets, large personal poster etc.), they should let me know beforehand to avoid any complications.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing / using the copyrighted artwork commercially; means making profit off it in any way without the license.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Removing my signature from the artwork.
Altering / editing the artwork without my consent.

If you request a Paypal chargeback
at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund or you break any of the terms above mentioned, you will automatically lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece.◌ I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way I find fit.◌ I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.◌ Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
